With joint efforts and interventions to prevent the spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Sexually Transmitted Infections. Through a Multi-sectoral AIDS Management System (MAMS) that is more focused on, Multi-disease Management Health Solutions (MMHS). The Health Continuum Ecosystem, we are strengthen is currently working on removing, the normal conventional testing where the populace of South Africa can just come and test for HIV and AIDS. But has re-shifted the mindset to helping people to receive advanced Health Care from various Specialists, Nurses and Doctors to focus on the issues of solving interrelated diseases. Through this mechanism we will be able to play our part in helping people receive aid for various illnesses that assist each other in weakening a human's body.

By 2040 we aim to contribute to a HIV and AIDS free South Africa because we still have hope that there will be a cure for AIDS

With HIV and AIDS still being the most deadly virus in the history of mankind. We need to focus on a Multi-sectoral AIDS Management System that works. Which is why, we took the initiative of working hand in hand with the City of Tshwane through its' Multi-Sectoral AIDS Management Unit. To develop preventative methodologies that aim at the sharing of vital information,  education and ensuring that we are able to communicate effectively to the youth, adults and working class citizens to ensure that we all play our part in trying to eradicate HIV and AIDS in South Africa by 2030.

STIGMA

Because stigma kills faster than this deadly virus called HIV and AIDS. We should focus on educating people about safer ways of living and also focus on helping those families who are affected by HIV and AIDS to ensure that life becomes better for all.  

Civil Society, it's organizations and the Government are trying by all means possible to combine resources in the aim to reduce HIV and STI infections nationwide please join and play your part.

We are working closely with Civil Society Organizations, Academics, Local Clinics, Local and District Municipalities and Province to effectively assist those who need aid in the fight and battle against, STI's, TB, HIV and AIDS.  Through various Health and Wellness programmes we aim at reducing, preventing and abstaining.

PrEP, PEP and ART Facts

"Knowledge is better than power"

  • Pre: means before
  • Exposure: means coming into contact with something
  • Prophylaxis: Is medicine which was specifically manufactured to assist in the prevention of HIV infection. 
PrEP is a new and safer way of preventing HIV. This unique method is however for HIV-negative people. It assists them to reduce the risk of becoming infected by HIV. The PeEP pills should be used in a specialised way that needs to be consumed daily for them to effectively help in the process of preventing HIV.

When PrEP is utilized in its' prescribed manner. It has the power to suppress and eradicate the HIV infection from entering, or circulating within your bloodstream assisting you with a 90% chance of eliminating the HIV Virus in your blood as you could be at a high risk of being infected by HIV.  

With our programs we aim to co-facilitate:

  • The distribution of condoms
  • Counselling
  • Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
  • Healthy lifestyles
  • Guidance on sexually transmitted infections and diseases 
  • Male medical circumcision
  • Antiretroviral therapy (ART) for partners who are living with HIV

What is the difference between the medication advancements PrEP, PEP and ART?


  • PrEP is a pill that contains two anti-HIV medication within it and it should be taken daily or it to work effectively in preventing HIV for HIV-negetive people.
  • PEP is taken within 72 hours after exposure to HIV (for example after a person has been sexually victimised and or raped) the medication should be used for a period of 28 days in order to effectively prevent HIV
  • ART is a three -medicine treatment for HIV-positive people that helps reduce the levels of HIV in a person's body.
