When fun gets dedication it grows into passion. When passion bring medals it becomes endurance and when endurance is an everyday thing it breeds champions. We saw that tomorrow's heroes need coaches and mentors who are dedicated to getting them, to where they desire in life. Which is why at Every Individual Counts we look at the development and grooming of champions especially those coming from vulnerable communities. Where there is no additional support from parents and the society. 

We sat down as an organisation and looked at it from a determined child's point of view and what we discovered is that. We have a huge role to play as role models and as leaders within the communities they reside. We have a duty to assist them to accomplish their dreams and to reach their set goals. But for us to win this on the long run, we have to offer these stars a chance and an opportunity to discover their true potential while they are still young. 

We are requesting individuals, coaches, organizations and the Government to collaborate in pushing sports to the next level where we allow kids to compete without any discrimination nor stigma of where they come from and help to focus on where they are going. We urge you to groom them until they reach the state where their mind's believe, that their body's will take them there.
